Sallent Castle

The desertion of the village and the progressive erosion of the mountain had led to the disuse and decay of the church of Sant Jaume and the grounds of the fortress. The intervention has recovered the layout of the fortress walls, restored the church to its original state and consolidated the surveillance tower, which was destroyed by a Carlist army bomb in the 19th century.
